Planning a trip to Mallorca in March. I've watched tons of Mallorca videos, and I find your video the most interesting and informative. I love the tips, such as no buses before 11, the bad cafe, and go the whole way to the sign. I hope more are coming.

Its one climb im itching to go do. Never cycled over there before but got to do it. What's the weather like there in early march ? great video matey

Hey Russ, the weather here in march is pretty great, sunny, it’s not shorts and jersey for us but it’s 8 degrees as a low and around 17 as a high on average. April / May it’s starts to hot up more! Glad you enjoyed the video thank you for watching 🙏🏼

@@Pedallingthroughlife I’ve got a pass from the Mrs to come over for my birthday but want to come before the heat cranks up. Being a northern lad I’m rubbish in the heat 🙈 I rode in oz this year and it was horrible on the climbs. That weather sounds great to me. I’ve subbed you as well mate. The bike looks 👌❤️

@@CyclingwithRuss you’ll be alright in May also, doesn’t get crazy hot until end of June :) a lot of people stay in Port de Pollença but I can highly recommend Port de Sóller or even middle of the island bs the mountains in Alaró

You dont like climbing Puig Major? Why not? Its my second favorite climb on the island 😊

It's pretty packed with traffic, as it's the only way up from Sóller, especially in peak season. In winter, it's quiet but wet due to the humidity. So not much of a win. There are much more fun and challenging climbs here on the Island that us locals know about.

@Pedallingthroughlife My personal favourite is Coll de Sóller, great hairpins and because of the tunnel almost traffic free. Also love la Creu out of Palma, and the whole Andratx/Galilea/Esporles area. Will be redoing Port de Valldemossa, and trying out Canonge next time too.
