Did you know that vision quests are highly sacred and special experiences? Visions are an important part of indigenous culture because of the valuable lessons they teach. As I mentioned, vision quests often teach us important lessons and connect us with the spirit world and the Creator. Many people experience visions but are not sure what type of vision they are having! In this video, I want to explore 3 common types of vision quests so that you can identify which one you might have experienced or will experience in the future! Hopefully you can now match YOUR visions to one of these quests so you will know how to better interpret your visions and open yourself up to the lessons, knowledge, or connections your vision is trying to guide you toward.

I have, but unintentionally. I was given divine gnosis but initially dismissed it as auditory and visual hallucinations brought on from a high stress event but looking back and especially after learning about vision quests? Now I am not sure. I don't have anyone in my life I can talk about this with for fear of me outcast

I didn't grow up on our home Island, Puerto Rico/Boriken, but in New York City. As a child, I had a vision where I could tell I was laying on the ground, unable to move. I could only look up. It was sunny and hot. The sky was clear and the ground was hot. I could see a bird high in the sky above me. Just by the shape I could tell it was a hawk. I had never seen a hawk before that. I saw my first hawk when I moved to California as an older teen. When I saw that shape of the hawk above me, I remembered the vison and freaked out. The sky was the same clear blue. My grandmother told me that she would see Guaraguaos (our indigenous word for hawks) growing up on the island and had visions of them as well. Since then, I have had several visions of hawks and encounter them in nature often.

Yep as a child w coyote in the desert and my baby brother was there too. I was playing with cards told coyote has msgs But I'm to go on a shamanic vision with Owl ..

I’m not sure if this is a Vision Quest or not. But here goes. I’m going to be doing this starting in the morning. I’m going to cut myself off from all social media, tv, radio, any kind of music or white noise, books, phone calls etc. Sort of like a retreat I guess only I will be at home by myself. I will not even speak to my dog. And try not to chatter in my head to myself. The purpose for doing this is that I just left a job that was not right for me and I want to get higher guidance on where to go from here in my life. The one thing I will do is allow myself a journal to write down any insights I may have from making myself listen to God.

Hmmm, It's difficult to talk about it cause I'm Old and internet was not here back then. I'm an Elder in the Anishnabe Nation and our ceremonies are VERY Spiritual especially when it comes to vision quest. We call it Mukadaykahn. Painted Black Face. Been out in Bush 4times to sit with first family, Animals/Trees/Rock/The Fliers & Swimmers, It's a Beautiful Experience but this is something you should prepare for. Eating/Drinking/Focus Tobacco Offerings Daily and Then More Offerings with food and drink. Pretty Deep stuff the unseen. They see all and they are waiting for you Once you committed to it.❤

I just got the goosebumps tingling after reading. It's an amazing experience to be able to see what the two eyes can't. It's let's you know that absolutely nothing is as it seems. I've been wanting to talk to like-minded beings about dream visitations of light beings. Florescent lavender with four sphere's of light and only one speaks to me telepathically and it's the most beautiful hearted voice I've ever heard. She told me we're all connected. Second message was giving me advice and as sotas I woke up to use the bathroom I forgot what was said. She later told me 1511. I never feel alone.. I guess that's an illusion. The illusion of separation.. we only find out after we drop our bodies and return home.

I frequently have been dreaming of gryphons alot In my dream it's hard to see the gryphon a thick smoke is covering it as the smoke starts to lift I can see it and I know I can trust this creature. Coz I feel it's apart of me and it's here to protect me it wants to show me something but I never find out I need this quest/journey!

Hi, yes J have been on vision quest sevel times. 3 days in natur interack with natur and animals around me. Fantastic. No food and water. For me a discovery to find out that you Are more han your body... Love Jenny Denmark

I've had visions of my grandpa and he smirked at me like I was close to something. Vision of a burning bush, a spirit that my family members also seen in mind's eye.. and a couple more. I'm still waiting for my twin to give me one. Four sphere's of light beings told me we're all connected... And gave me two more messages. I dream of elephants.. my dad told me he wasn't dead and was still with me. He showed me a cardinal.. and visits me frequently. I was also told by a dentist that had a whole trail of spirits with me. And way too much to type here. I never know when the visions are going to come.. my grandpa's was the best and was a father figure to all my cousins in me who didn't have our dad's in the picture.

I started receiving very powerful visions 4 years ago, some have come to pass but I don't understand the visions I received that were false, even though they were extremely vivid and colorful. My question is can 'bad' spirits give me supernatural visions just saw the creator can? To misguide me?

Where would you place say an experience of ...You dont see the animal itself but Its eyes are your eyes and etc. to the point to where you can even smell the dirt and hear your own paws as you run through the forest...it even raises your own heartrate easily in accordance with the animals breath increasing??

Every time I'm sad or overwhelmed, crows will be on my lawn, roof work area. Not visions they are there

Wow. I got terminated from my job today. When I got home there were a couple dozen crows in parking lot. I slowly parked. I was a little scared to get out of the car. But I did. I just started talking to them in a friendly manner asking them if they were having a good day. Told them I was going to go inside to my home and think about things. When I walked threw them they remained quiet. That never happened to me before.

@@atvickishouse2700 Crows are a sign of cleansing and new beginnings they are there to let you know you have a new journey ahead be strong and be resilient like the crow. Clean out the ugly so the beautiful can grow.
