Mums will always be Mums. It brings back memories of running my Mum to hospital in her late 70’s as she was onset of senile dementia. I had just bought a second hand Merc Estate and at least six times on the journey she remarked “this is a nice silver car Philip, is it new?” It’s long passed into memory and this brings back the parent taxiing era of the last 10 years. All gone now, but thanks for the smiling Mum. Look after her well. She will berate you for that launch forever 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is priceless, God bless her. I think she coped better than me when I tried one last year, I sat open mouthed then giggled a lot. My own mother is 90 this year, and I think she'd like launch control in her Fiat 500.

By the way Pete. I’m sure you don’t need reminding. Treasure your Mum. I lost mine in March 2018. She was always great fun and coincidentally lived in Edwalton and latterly just off Trent Bridge. Those roads are now driven with memories of her reminding me that “ I just want to get there in one piece” ! Cheers and seasons greetings.
