That "fishball" is not a true fishball but an imitation of the real one it's made with just flour. The real fishballl is made of some kind of white fish that is "pureed" in a blender, then mixed with flour and spices, seasonings and deep fried. Next time you want to eat fishball, ask if it' has FISH ingredient in it and not just flour.
