Mija go check out the kind of meats I use n the spices n all well be good cumin, clove, oregano, garlic, onion, beef bouillon, little round balls which is all spice, Black peppercorn, salt, blend everything together with the chilies and there you have it. It is horrible! I have 16 aunts and uncles and we lost one of our aunts too to Covid. I enjoy watching ur channel cuz u just remind me soo much of my grandma. When she passed it was like losing my mother because she raised me since I was 2 months old. So thank you soo much because watching u is teaching me how to make the food that comes from our culture. I wish I have had more time with my grandma to learn more. Keep inspiring us latinas because ur doing a wonderful job! I hope one day I have a meet and greet cuz I would love to come and meet u.
