9-6 is the Korean workday and 6/19 is Mamamoo's debut date. 🥰 The leader of the book club in gogobebe is AleXa, winner of the American Song Contest! They were filming gogobebe on Solar's birthday and when they brought out her cake she pretended like she was gonna blow the candles with her nose! 😂😂😂

Dingga is about pandemic situation where everybody has to stay at home and building up stress because they can't go out to do things. This is so relatable because Dingga came out in 2O2O which when pandemic started.

Kinda surprised nobody's mentioned that "dingga" is actually a pre-release for the album "aya" was on. It was also the promoted b side at the time Other info on both songs is great, so won't get a typical novel from me here Editing to add: they have some great/hilarious behind the scenes for most of their mv shoots, concerts and other things in 'mamamoo tv' (mmmtv) on their official yt channel. Great place to see their personalities, how they always just have fun together and are basically always just four sisters hanging out (complete with bickering and such. They never really try to hide anything from the fans or each other) Sadly, mmmtv ended not long after wheein left the agency and moved to another one for her solo work as the videographer (known collectively to the girls and the fandom as 'mmmtv unnie', even male fans or those older than her call her that) moved agencies with her. We do still get behind the scenes, including them goofing around, bit it doesn't have the same feel

Gogobebe, Starry Night, Egotistic are 3 parts of Mamamoo's 4 Seasons Project that got a total of 25 wins on music shows and turned them into the world stars they are today. The song you are missing is called Yes I Am and it is Mamamoo's absolute ANTHEM for the positive self love messages you always enjoy. Trivia: Did you notice that was Hip Wheein in the ticket booth and Hip Hwasa handing over the pickax at the end?

Great comments, esp on first view. Gogobebe: Others have explained that 6 19 was MMM's debut date in 2014. They like to play with numbers and letters so 9/6 becomes 6 19 with the slash turning into a 1 and gogobebe is aka 9966 with g=9 and b=6. They tried to form 9966 with their bodies during the encore after a win on a music show but did it backwards so it was 6699 instead lol. Moonbyul did something similar with her solo album 6equence and the first pre-release single from it, G999. Gogobebe is the final title track in the 4 Season 4 Color project. Since 4S4C is all about cycles - seasons, relationships, life itself - and Gogobebe is both the end of a cycle and the start of a new cycle. It's the Winter/White song and as a stage of love they're unattached so in a sense they've returned to the innocence of childhood but as adults who've gone through the stages of Attraction, Passion and Heartbreak in the previous 3 title tracks Gogobebe follows where Wind Flower left off. After the breakup in Wind Flower they've gone into emotional hibernation, a necessary time of dormancy like winter, but it's gone on too long and we see each of them stuck in different ruts - Solar is housebound and has cabin fever, Moonbyul is stuck in a stifling office environment with old technology, Wheein is going around in circles and has such low self-esteem even the kids play a prank on her, and Hwasa is so depressed she can't get dressed or leave the bathroom. Gogobebe appropriately came out at the end of winter because spring is right around the corner and the girls are ready to break out of their winter doldrums when they get the invitation to the house party. Note that they each fantasize about the party in their depressing sets before they actually dress up and get together for their night out. My fave symbolic moment in their re-awakening is Moonbyul busting through the low ceiling with her head emerging through the sidewalk like a bizarre daffodil, an early harbinger of spring. There's also a lot going on in the Aya MV and lots to talk about but I've blabbed on long enuf. The Mic On title track is called Illella, a romanization of the Korean title 일낼라, which translates to Get Up according to google. In the teasers it looks like Mamamoo is in full take-no-prisoners mode and I can't wait. 😀

Gogobebe is the beginning of them deciding to do more difficult choreography. One Million dance does all their title track choreos starting with that one. The Gogobebe One Million dance practice was the first Mamamoo thing I saw. 6/19 is the date in 2014 of their debut. There is a great rock version of the song. It's available on their album Mamamoo I Say the Best. Dinga is their covid song. It's not summers over and they can't do these things. It's they've spent all summer in quarantine and they are really missing all these things. Aya means ouch. So fitting in with the pulling a rotten tooth. The unibrow is one of the: Solar wants to do an unusual look and she sticks to it in spite of people telling her not to. The others being the half and half rocker in Hip and her bald head in Spit it Out.

Gogobebe is really iconic. There's even a future Kpop artist in the video. The young lady wearing glasses and holding the book is Alexa. She just won America's Song Contest. She's also in a dance video for Moonbyul's song Eclipse. Its really good. Glad you're enjoying Mamamoo.

Might I suggest reacting to Mamamoo's MAMA award show performances? 2018 (solo stages, Egotistic, & Starry Night), 2019 (Hip and collab stage with JYP). 2020 (Aya and Dingga). All iconic performances!

If you like Gogobebe, you HAVE to check out the rock version, available in live version and recorded version on the 2021 The Best album. It's 10x better still. Dingga was the B side for Aya, and ended up doing better than the cover track.

Mamamoo is THAT group. These are 4 role models, comedians, artists, and importantly sisters. They know how to have fun, they know not to take themselves seriously (truly they are total weirdos), they are humble despite being queens BUT they know their strengths. And high key, they are real--i love what you said about feminism not meaning having no emotions/vulnerability or hating men per se. They are real about their feelings, struggles, and confidence!! I cannot wait for your mamamoo journey!! Also I would 100000% want to hang out with them. They get drunk. They have fun. They are goofy.

Dingga Always has a way of making me happy! It’s such a fun song and it always brings a smile on my face😊 Not to mention the killer vocals, the on point choreography and the amazing visuals and colours!

Thanks again for your continued reaction to Mamamoo. I've really enjoyed your reactions and your analysis/appreciation of their lyrics. I was lucky enough to discover Mamamoo during the pandemic and I can't express enough how much they pulled me through that dark time. A common thing I find with people who become fans of Mamamoo is the regret of discovering them so late. On the other hand better late than never and with this latest comeback, I say it's a great time to be a moomoo. Looking forward to more Mamamoo reactions on your channels, especially the upcoming cb. Mamamoo have always hidden so many details and messages. I always hope that someone will document them so that they can be found quickly if you discover Mamamoo later. I notice it in the current Comeback with ILLELLA, how much more fun it is to be there in the moment and puzzle around with other Moomoos.

Not sure if someone’s mentioned this. The lyrics in Dinga are about having to stay home during the Covid lockdown in the fall of 2020. Lack of vitamin D. Delivery fees. Etc. South Korea was in a lockdown.

6/19- Mamamoo debut date. You want wacky mvs- Um Oh Ah Yeh, AZE GAG and 1cm taller are great. Also, watch Where are we now and mumumuch. Gogobebe- I love the concept of just letting yourself go. And the song is catchy as hell. Dingga- it’s a fun son and gives me some nostalgia. It’s very catchy and has fun choreography. Because it’s was at first released as a pre-release to Travel album, it does tease AYA at the end. AYA-… Egotistic 2.0… Solar did her job as my bias wrecker and wreaked me. And Moonbyul is just Moonbyul and will own me when it comes to Mamamoo. Yes, I am, I am the Best, and Gleam are great mvs too. Yes I am and Gleam are also product ads though they don’t appear like it with how it’s done. Also, check out their solo stuff.

Love Mamamoo. The Girl Group EXID have now come back after three years and issued the track Fire. It is on the 10th Anniversary Mini Album. EXID are similar to Mamamoo, but not the same. Their singer Solji is a superb vocalist and has solo material too.
