The initial choreo lia kim made was actually rejected by rbw because it was too laid back. Which she admit she did tone it down to give focus on vocals. So she changed it to be more intense and she was shocked the girls kept it exactly as intense. This is the first time they used head mics. But as they got used to it they went back to handheld mics eventually. That dance practice is the best one I've seen of theirs!

Mamamoo is probably the only group that post official dance practice videos with shoutings and no outfit collarated whatsoever😂 Like their clothes make them looks like they were not even live in the same season with each others😂 sometime they went to dance practice in PJ and flip flop😂

Solar is usually the slowest one to memorize the choreo. But she's also the most hardworking and persistent of them all. She literally does not let up (she's the leader for a reason). I think there's a charm to it different from say wheein who's the genius of the group that masters everything quickly vs solar who is a bit slow but works so hard to master it. Bet she feels so fulfilled that she mastered it in the end. This is why I have a soft spot for her because even now, a decade into their career, she still works so hard and challenges herself more (she's performing in another musical starting this January).

The dance practices with 1Million always feature the choreographers with Mamamoo. Lia Kim is in the black hoodie and Minnie Park is the all white sweatsuit. I really like how 1 Million takes the opportunity to highlight their up and coming dancers. Mamamoo is pretty amazing when it comes to preparation. In their Episode of Take 1 on Netflix. They literally didn't practice anything until a week before the performance. And they had this complicated two stage setup.

It's ridiculous how Mamamoo's commercials are better than some of their actual combacks. Like, I legit like the look and songs of their commercials better than some of their actual music videos lol.

The dance was choreographed by lia kim (1 million studio CEO) which you mentioned as the 2nd unknown who join in the dance with mamamoo. The dance practice behind scene is before they start practicing where wheein and hwasa was waiting for their unnies to come.

Aw, i miss the version of that practice with subs. We've lost so many subbed videos recently... That bit with wheein and hwasa doing weird things started with one of wheein's favorite random things: crab girl She just randomly struck a crab pose and went "ha! I'm crab girl!" Followed by hwasa being lobster girl, then the two trying to be a bunch of other things. Wheein has done 'crab girl' in one of her performance videos as well as multiple times at various concerts and other performances in random downtimes

There are a few videos of them learning choreo like HIP special pratice that has 3 parts also when the switch solo's thats a great one because there's pratice for the actual concert then 1 for the encore concert that really shows how much they respect each other artists when learning eo first hand from doing the other solo in front of eo, there little stuggle with hwasa's maria choreo was too funny😅

My only complain in the Gleam MV is the camera cuts are too quick! I need more time to appriciate Moonbyul’s in that black outfit cause she looks so damn hot! I really need slow motion camera works on Mamamoo MVs

It's like they were unsure who's, who ... like someone still couldn't tell their voices apart. Which is odd to me, because I could tell their voices apart after listening to them for just a short time. Any way, I hope you enjoy these, and I can't wait to watch you react to them. I would say that the "Solo Parade", and "Encore - Seoul" are 2 of my favs, but as always I love everything they do

On your question about idols going through 1 million... i want to say yes? But don't really know All i do know is that one male dancer is named eddy and gets talked about a *lot* in pretty much every practice he's in and he supposedly was working on debuting but i'm not sure if he did (and this is all just from reading comments on mmm's practices there when they went up, so info may be off)

Fun fact about Mamamoo: they suck at 1 thing, Lip Syncing. 😂 and that is why they are who they are. The ultimate vocal Queens. I can say the only group that could challenge their vocal abilities is of course the legendary Big Mama.
