Welcome back to my channel La Mambah Fam 😇
I've always wanted to try this famous 10.000 calories 🤯 challenge but never got the chance to. This time, I was like, it's now or never!
I think I've never felt that bad because of food... can you imagine having a burger 🍔 in front of you but can't eat it because you're just sick of food? Well that happened to me that day, even thos I looove triple cheese burgers 🤣
If you ever thought about trying this challenge, DON'T! I'ts sooo unhealthy and not worth it at all 😖

Toubkal is a great idea but do not try to go in winter if you were not used to that much cold + Lack of oxygen + Climbing heights and more i tried it before even though i live near there And I couldn't bear it because do not forget it is more than 4000 m so my advice is try to do it in summer and good luck😇
