I love it when they go to a restaurant and an employee ALWAYS seems to remember the name of who they're looking for and they always have a reason as to why they remember that name, as if that makes the scene that much more believable.

Eh, from what the receipts show, they were going there pretty regularly for a while, and it seems like they were good tippers. I could see a waiter remembering them, especially if they always sat in the same place like he said they did.

It's even funnier that they are often able to find the right place without any credit card records or receipts. Like some random bystander (e.g. street vendor) tells them, "Yeah I saw that dude, he went into..." (insert hospitality business name). Like 25% of everyone in NY is an informant.

This was based on a real case, but the guy killed his mistress who worked for a state senator. Got his brothers to help get rid of body, by putting it in a refrigerated cooler you bring with you on a boat, his name was Thomas Capano and hers was Anne Marie Fahey. She had finally met someone good and she was afraid to tell him this weirdo who was married wouldn’t leave her alone.

I disagree with the issue of my doctor dying having anything to do with my loss of confidentiality. Just because my doctor was in a car accident or had some life event that they sadly passed does not mean that I, as a patient, should have my medical records and patient rights revoked so anyone can just start looking through my paperwork. Even a cop should need a warrant just like normal to see what I ever told any therapist or trust would be lost in confidentiality.
