20:57 H.K. Porter plastic insulators, they date back to the 60s-70s. Rocks, BBs and pellets would often bounce off them, and smaller caliber rounds could pass through the skirt making a hole rather than shattering like a glass insulator would. Lighter weight and less fragile when transporting and installing too, so they became common in those last years of railroad telegraph lines being in use. I've found a good number of them over the years.

Any chance you carry a bag for garbage, I didn't catch it in the video if it's included, I do that & recently found myself picking up small pieces of glass to save someone's feet.
