I can’t find anything else regarding this attack. I think the suspect is still at large. The Bronx has such a high crime rate, they might not catch him until he commits another crime. Which is very likely to happen.

Castration doesn’t work, unfortunately, because this type of sex offender just uses something else, hands, adult toys etc to rape/molest instead. The end result is the same for the victim. Without going into detail here, the offender still receives gratification albeit in a slightly different way. I worked in Corrections for years and unfortunately there is no cure, as such, for sex offenders, the best they can offer is behaviour modification.

The answer ( Govt Dept ) was the phenomenal cost involved, anything requiring 24/7 satellite usage usually has a LOT of zeros after the dollar sign. Personally, I am of the opinion that anything that safeguards the most vulnerable members of our society shouldn’t have a price tag 🏷 but who am I, - nobody.

Healthy Men raise their boys to think rationally and generally provide emotional stability. Broken single women impart to their sons anger and how to live emotionally! Also unfortunately a large number of women from this community pick multiple emotionally challenged "baby daddies" and end up raising these type of boys all over.... The cycle continues!! The dangers of having "baby daddies" vs a husband and Father is ASTRONOMICAL. And the downplay of this fact has harmed everyone who comes into contact with this culture!
