Do you know why you are afraid of this dog? Because it shows a primal fear and even protectiveness of ourselves, it's called "the uncanny valley", It consists of something that tries to look like a human or something, but with human aspects, and still tries to fit the standards of that species, something that causes discomfort only to us. Since other animals don't realize that this is not one of them. I don't know why the hell only we have this ability, I don't know what happened to our ancestors to have a deep trauma with things trying to imitate our appearance.
