I heard this really easy thing you can do when your thoughts get to much: take a deep breath, turn your mind to your thoughts and listen of what your ego voice is telling you. And then ask your self mentally, or spoken out aloud: I wonder what my next thought will be? I wonder what my next thought will be? I wonder what my next positive thought is going to be? I talk to my dad sometimes when I feel like it's very hard to exist in this world. and hope and pray that I'm worthy of God's love. I just want to be here for my daughters and my wife. My wife has some mental health stuff that affects our family and she must have some past trauma or something that blocks her emotional development. She seems to be angry every day multiple times a day and she is constantly confrontational. I have been through so much with my daughters and we have always maintained a happy environment, but my wife(their stepmom) is making all of us very depressed. We can't do anything to just have one calm happy normal day. My faith has been my strength through all of the hard times I've been through and just knowing it's all "school" for our souls, makes it easier to act and assess situations objectively. It kinda takes the negative aspect of our feelings out of the equation. Also, in my wing Chun Kung Fu training, I admire my Sifu so much because he doesn't allow other people to affect his emotions. It's so simple! I just try to act after thought has given me the right path. Anyway thanks for humoring me

Nothing else exists: purgatory, reincarnation, annihilation, universalism, valholla, becoming one with the universe, becoming a "ghost" and staying on earth...none of that can occur. While we are living, we sin. And because of that sin, we are destined to go to hell bc God is holy and we cannot be in His presence, so heaven is out of the question. God is also just, so our sins have to be punished. She had recurring issues ever since and now a couple of years later, the person I treasured most in life, the one who had been there for me since day one, is gone and I feel like part of me died with her.

I feel your pain as i lost my mom two and a half years ago because of covid. Just able to say goodbye via phone thanks to a cousin that works at hospital and put her phone onto my mom's ear so she can listen to all of us for a last time. Cannot see her at the hospital and at the funeral, the casket was sealed. So i was unable to see her for a last time. But i confort in my heart knowing that she is enjoying the presence of the Lord for eternity which was her greatest wish. I had the same experience after my brother died. About 3 months after. I was so upset and crying a lot. He was so afraid before he died and it made me really upset even more so. I was having a hard time and I had a dream I came to see me to tell me he was going away and I wouldn’t see him again. He didn’t speak to me or move his mouth. It’s like his mind spoke to mine. One thing is that he looked so perfect. His skin had gotten very rough, dark feom sun damage and started wrinkling but in my dream he looked perfect. He was so perfect and glowing and his skin looked so beautiful my hand was drawn up to touch it. I was being pulled or drawn toward him and my hand was reaching for his face. When I touched his face it was amazing! I had never felt anything so perfect and beautiful and it was like silk. Tears immediately poured from my eyes. He was telling me he was going and my body started moving back away from him as if I was in a conveyor belt. It’s like he was telling me not to be upset and that he was perfect and not afraid. I woke up right then and my pillow was soaking wet feom the tears be pouring down my face. It was the most vivid dream or experience I have ever had and I really feel he came to me to help me know he was good and to stop being upset. These are also our signs. When people say we don’t get signs I believe these are our signs. Some are these people with NDE. They are allowed to come back to spread the word. I have never seen him in another dream again. I was able to move on and know he is ok and good where he is. My dad passes in 2016 and he was not religious but he was seeing his mother and his dog that had died within a few days of passing. The minute he told my other brother that he was seeing his mother hovering in the corner of his hospital room and they saw him acting as if he was petting a dog I knew this is real and his mother and dog had come to help him pass.

Compassion is a good strategy. Also identifying feelings of self superiority. If you come to the realization we are all the same, that you are no better than anyone else, and dismiss feelings of superiority when you witness what you perceive to be wrong actions, instead find compassion for that persons flaws which let to their wrongdoing, and also realize you May in your own blindness be doing the same thing, then you can begin to let go of prejudice and open your heart to forgive and seek forgiveness.

Understand your heart's pain. Our oldest son died this year after having a seizure and fell in the water and drowned. God help us all that have lost a child. Some days are incredibly tough to get thru but we have ti keep moving forward honoring them and praising God for the strength to keep getting up fighting the good fight.

Yes! I was living in fear. Fear of loss and abandonment. Fear of financial deficiencies. Fear of things that are supernatural that has plagued me since i was young. Will not live in fear anymore. God is with me. God is with us. We are part of a predestined plan for us.

The doctors were telling his family about the quality of his life being a vegetable and how hard it would be if they didn’t pull the plug. It surprised the whole staff when he came out of his coma completely healed.

I want to know, why aren’t are senses more easily configured to access the good side of the spiritual realm. The bad side is more easier discernible than the good side. The bad side seems to have a stronger ability overcome the senses. The good side requires alot of quite work, meditation, and climbing this frequency ladder. There are far more tools to access the bad side than the good side. It doesn’t seem equally balanced to me. It doesn’t seem fair to make it so difficult.
