I think burgers can be very healthy, they contain vegetables such as onions, tomatoes and lettuce and contain meat and cheese and bread for carbohydrates. If you think about it, they have many things that humans need in a diet. However, most people think burgers are unhealthy because they go to fast food places such as McDonalds where the ingredients contain more fat in the cheese and the meat. Also, to maintain that physique you have to exercise regularly so dont go around thinking burgers will make you look shredded
