@@philgreene3617 Not 100% sure what you are implying but I do not believe evil can only be within a context of religion or fiction. I'm an atheist. Far as I'm concerned, some people are evil. Which if you look it up on the one hand does connote a religious context, yes, but on the other hand is defined without having to resort to that at all but simply leans on basic philosophical understands of morals. So it really depends on what definition you cherry pick from which dictionary or more narrowly, perhaps which lexicon. To say morals only exist in the context of religion is akin to saying all athiests are immoral, something I categorically have not observed in 55 years of living.

Doesn't the lottery have a way to track tickets anyway? They know when they get delivered which tickets come out of which stack of scratchers. Thats how they know where the winners are sold to keep track of it and it helps prevent counterfeits. Even if he won a million dollars on one of those tickets, once he cashes it in theyre going to see it came from one of these stores where a murder occurred. What an idiot.

yeah, i worked at a gas station about 10 years ago. it's a dangerous and low paying job. anyway lottery tickets are tagged and registered. when you open a new stack, you have to scan it to get approved (has a serial number so it can be tracked). if you steal them in stacks, they already know when you come for winning tickets. it'll ring up as not verified (if the owner decides to freeze it) or they let you so they can arrest you later (requested by law enforcements).

He didn’t think this through at all, all he would be able to claim are the smaller ticket prizes, anything that lottery HQ have to take care of they are looking at everything. Time the tickets were purchased, what store and sometimes they review video to see if the person in the video match the person who is claiming the winnings.

@@razorbladerabbit4679lol we’re not just going off videos, but actual statistics. Those statistics are a lot higher than reported too. Most police departments in the big cities stopped reporting violent crime to the FBI, to give the illusion that crime is down. It’s not.

If he tried to cash in any of the first tickets he stole before committing the second murder then the police dropped the ball...stolen lottery tickets are immediately canceled and flagged and under the circumstances there should have been a plan in place for when this idiot tried to cash anything in
