I walk indoors, through the den, kitchen, living room, down the hallway to the master bedroom. Then I reverse it and go back to the den. I try to repeat this tour 10 times. No need to worry about Covid19, rain, heat, snow, ice, or wind. Don't have to dress a certain way, or fix my hair and makeup. Just go.

So, it's different for us, also, he was able to carry his weight well enough to walk 3 miles a day which goes with the fact he's a strong man already. I'm glad he has made it to his goal & able to get skin removed.

@@autumnburton2091 I wonder how the statistics that Queen L presented apply.
@sarah.j.7772 жыл бұрын
@@autumnburton2091 CPT here, you're definitely over simplifying. While consuming less calories & exercising will cause most people to lose weight, men do generally shed pounds at twice the rate women do. Our bodies are governed by our endocrine (hormonal) systems & womens' bodies are naturally more resourceful at retaining fat, especially during certain phases of life. Male testosterone is an accelerant in a variety of ways, including its effect on their metabolic rate.
@autumnburton20912 жыл бұрын
@@sarah.j.777 obviously I was oversimplifying, I literally wrote one sentence. But regardless, my point still stands. Men obviously have a higher BMR due to being taller and having a higher muscle mass, but still calories in calories out applies to everyone. The rate or speed each person loses weight is irrelevant to my point that men and women can use the same approach to losing weight.
@synchronicitystudios82172 жыл бұрын

They “don’t work” because people are taking them inconsistently.... they set an unrealistic expectation from these pills and get depressed when they don’t achieve those goals in the time they wanted to. Actually, any exercise when you haven't exercised for awhile, will make you lose weight if you do it enough. Walking alone doesn't do it, your diet plays a huge part in weight loss. Also: Water does hydrate you, but isn't a good source of electrolytes.

Walk to Walmart daily?? That wouldn't do me any good. I live right next door to it. (5 min. walk) down the street.

I can literally walk to the store and get my groceries. And if I forgot something then I can just walk back and get it. No need to worry about parking either. And if I need anything else like toothpaste, soap, sponge, electronics, clothes, etc., I can just go and buy it. Won't take me long at all.

SharkByte Thats not what they said. They were just talking about how a man lost wait by walking 6 miles to walmart 3 times a day, to get his meals. He got healthy food.

Clean Eating is the operative term here. Walking doesn't matter in that sense. If he had eaten like before he'd still be fat. You can't outrun the fork and certainly not outwalk it.

I never changed my diet , walked 15-20 miles a day though and lost over 100lbs
@r3a1itygamezz144 жыл бұрын
Derrick Cover that’s because you were burning more calories than you consumed. You must’ve had a stationary lifestyle and so when you’ve changed your lifestyle to walking more you’re burning more calories
@followyourideas3 жыл бұрын
Healthy eating doesn't matter. It's calories in vs calories out. You can get fat eating bananas and nuts.
@followyourideas3 жыл бұрын
@@johannesdolch I'm talking about losing weight not about being healthy. You can lose weight eating Oreos and fat eating avocados. It's just the unbreakable laws of thermodynamics. 100 grams of nuts is about 600 calories. If I ate 400 grams of nuts, and I could eat much more, I'll get fat.
@followyourideas3 жыл бұрын
@@johannesdolch yes. Bullshit is a great counterargument.

No matter what you choose, diet, exercise or meds. Weight loss is not easy. I recently shared my story on my channel, on how I lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, which could be really helpful to anyone struggling with weight loss.

I knew she would add "Medicine" in the chart. Media never ceases to amaze me. Discipline and the right foods. Hint: make lots fruits and vegetables a healthy mainstay. See the book " The China Study."
