oh my god man. I did not know you lifted! i train powerlifting up here in southern WV. there are lots of us into weights, life, family, consistency, reloading, farming, hunting for some of us...the way of life one could thrive on for 100 years. so great to find out youre into the gym. cheers man. much love from harper mountain.

additionally, working out 3 or 4 times a week is plenty. my squat and deadlift have both gone waaaaay up now that ive added more days away from the gym.
