A man who was seen on video attempting to go head-to-head with a bison at Yellowstone National Park has been arrested, according to the National Park Service.

I would have loved to see that bison to just knock him off the cliff to teach him a lesson about not messing with wildlife especially if they are bigger than you!!! I’m not saying that I would hope that the guy would be killed but if it were the worst case scenario it would be one less idiot! He’s lucky that the bison didn’t take him very seriously or he probably would have been killed!

@@QueLastima no I didn’t want him to die because he was drunk but I wouldn’t feel too sorry for him if that bison had chosen to take him seriously and knocked him off that cliff!! If it had happened to him I would hope that he wouldn’t die but he would have been hurt and maybe that would have taught him not to be drunk and challenging wildlife

I lived on a farm as a kid and there was a bull. We were all on the metal gate on the outside making faces and laughing at the bull. He actually charged us and rammed the gate. We all jumped off then ran inside for our lives. He didn't get out but got us back.

The issue isn't the safety of the drunk man. It is the exposure of these animals to humans. His behavior might have gotten the bull to damage someone else's car.

The guy certainly gets around, he was arrested earlier this year at Grand Teton National Park for Drunk and Disorderly Conduct, he harassed and taunted a Bison at Yellowstone National Park, and was arrested for the incident at Glacier National Park.

K Lauer not with him having multiple run ins with park Rangers for being drunk and disorderly in other parks and harassing the wildlife. ..maybe humans should not continue to kill and take over the wild animals land.....a normal person would have stayed in their vehicle and let the bison keep moving just like all the other people in their vehicles. Helen Morgan - I was just saying what it LOOKED like, without the context of the guy's history. But you're right -- I probably wouldn't have gotten out of my vehicle to shoo away a wild bison, but I have done it with cattle and other animals. If I had encountered this bison blocking the road (and it wasn't moving out of the way), I would probably have honked the horn and/or yelled at it out the window. I'm no hero, lol.
