The only question mark so far that ten hah has signed in my opinion is Antony. Everyone else he’s signed has strengthened the squad. Yes malacia and mount have been injured all season but we could see what potential malacia has last year and we already know mount can hold his own in the prem. Casemiro was pure best player last year and Erickson has pure quality and can change a game with his vision as last week proves against Liverpool. Hujland is the real deal. Loan signings shouldn’t be judge as purchases Keep backing the manager and have patience. He will get us there

My fear is that Sir Jim will try to focus on English players and might bring in Southgate to bring the best out of Rashford, Sancho, Maguire, even Mount, Shaw, Mainoo etc. Might even use Southgate to lure Kane from Bayern. I hope it's not the case because I have no faith in Southgate or some of those players who have been given multiple chances here over the years.

I don't think Pep picks new players or has control over recruitment at all. They have a structure that brings players in that fit how City plays (boring tik tak, falling down to fish for fouls, etc) and Pep coaches them

The model you are talking about is the same model that Real Madrid have utilised for many years. There, a manager may suggest a player that he feels he needs. But the final say on this is made by the club, not by the manager. And no one can argue that it doesn't work when you take into account their Champions League trophies as well as the number of times that they have won La Liga.

Erik ten Hag will have us in the top 2 by 2025. I'm confident of it. Garnacho will be unstoppable next season and Mainoo will be unreal in our midfield. Højlund will score 20+ so we need to find him a partner to replicate those figures until Højlund develops into the best striker in Europe (another big claim). Martinez avoiding injury is vital to our team and as we all know, he too needs a quality partner. Rashford, Martial, Maguire, and Sancho need to go and replaced with players of the calibre befitting of Manchester United, which includes both attitude and capability. De Ligt would be my ideal signing and maybe PSG will offload Gonçalo Ramos for a decent price, maybe even a swap for Rashford.

Great news. Good coach, had a tough time this year. Sick of negative press he gets from media and some so called United fans. Minimum he deserves is to see out his 3 year contract.

EtH must commit to having MUFC play in the style we played against Liverpool in the FA Cup and at OT last season... We must 'win the ball back' high up the field and play with the midfield anchor of Mainoo with Casemiro or McTominay etc. and employ Rashford, Antony and Garnacho supporting Rasmus upfront in a concerted unit... We can not afford to sit back and wait for counter-attacks but start to make things happen higher up the pitch and especially against the smaller clubs we need to dominate and not wait for crumbs off the table... We are Man United and need to let clubs know who we are once again!!!

Now it seems they are repairing this. ETH worked under this structure also at Ajax. Van Der Sar and Overmars were the executives. ETH the coach. Remember ETH is still in hot demand. I agree lads, the shuffle in upper management will obviously change the way things have gone in the past, but at the end of the day, the manager has to work with new players, so he will have more of a say than the media are letting on.

I agree with Ten Hag being happy about having a real team behind him to ease the pressure and let him get on with coaching the players. Also 3 years is 6 transfer windows, 2 or 3 per window and that's a whole different team. I don't see why we can't start challenging in the 3rd season. I think Ten Hag deserves a clean slate. When he's backed in the summer transfer and has a proper structure behind the scenes to support him, he can then be assessed. I don't know why the fuss about Ten Hag being sacked or not is so loud and high in the media. Pochetino hasn't really pulled Trees at Chelsea. They are at mid table in the League YET the media is not calling him out ! Why's the media making loud noises around and about Ten Hag? This same section of the media were making up stories about leaks in United's Dressing room which was affecting the harmony within the Club. United and Ten Hag decided to ban some Journalists from attending Ten Hag's Press Conferences before games. Looks like these Journalists are on a revenge mission. It's just so unfair in my personal opinion.🙄

The press a bunch of waste men who thrive off controversy and drama. If you think about it, this is the perfect situation for ETH. He basically was under the same structure at Ajax so he’s comfortable with it. He thrived in it. INEOS, will be the perfect structure for him and he’s going to be the perfect coach for structure simple that’s why I’m confident he’ll stay.

Based on the evidence so far and in the absence of any discernible style, he’s managed to create the leakiest defence in the league with one of the worst goal scoring records. If you want more of that then lads then crack on. It’s a no from me as I’ve actually seen his pattern, and it’s beyond naive.
