So sad no one was there to protect her. Dog eat dog world we live in. A black man driving without a license, never had a drivers license his whole life, who didn't pay child support, lies to the court and media and has a warrant for his arrest. He said he was bed ridden that's why he couldn't go to the Secretary of State but he did go to the Secretary of State for a state ID where he could of paid the fee to get his suspension lifted. This guy needs white friends in his life.

You can be suspended meaning you wouldn’t be eligible for a license. You can still be charged with a driving crime whether you have a license or not.

The ignorant general public seems to love servitude: Obtaining a driver's license is a contract agreement to follow traffic laws. This guy never agreed to anything because he has a right to travel freely and unencumbered according to Marbury vs Madison and so does everyone else. The right to travel by carriage, bicycle, or automobile is absolute and cannot be converted into a privilege...

Judge has dealt with sovereign citizens. Never works. The old argument is your'e not driving youre traveling. That's like having no pilot license and flying a plane to the next state and saying you're not flying, I'm traveling. You have the right to travel but driving a car is a privilege not a right.

@@fearlessbrotherhood while I do agree, I’ve seen it work first hand. I’ve seen cases thrown out & lawsuits filed. There is a fine line. My grandfather is a judge. Could having him in my corner helped? Yes. Loopholes were left for a reason.
