Criminals dont follow the rules. That's why legal gun owners should have more rights to defending themselves and to conceal and carry. Example would be people who dont have license or insurance for their car are usually less likely to have to pay for any damages in a crash. The person with insurance usually gets screwed. The laws in this county are all backwards
