Manage orders from multiple online channels with Zoho Inventory

This video talks about an online retailer scenario, in which the retailer sells their goods across multiple channels such as Shopify, Etsy, and eBay, and needs a way to centralize and streamline their order management. For this demonstration, we use an order management application called Zoho Inventory and integrate it with Shopify, Etsy, and eBay, after which we show you how to fine-tune the integrations and sync items, customers, orders, and shipment information between these online sales channels and Zoho Inventory.
You will learn how to avoid some common mistakes that folks tend to make while setting up these integrations. Following this, we will sync and import a live online order from Shopify into Zoho Inventory and demonstrate an order fulfilment cycle with the help of UPS. While we are at it, we will also tell you how sales and purchases affect item stock levels across all integrated channels, and we will briefly discuss the Amazon integration and FBA.

This webinar is well recorded. The presenter speaks slowly and clearly enabling uptake of the processes involved with Zoho Inventory. The structure is also logical and relates well to the implied usage. This is the first video I have watched (and I have watched ALOT of Zoho video's) where I have been able to keep up with the presenters strong accent as well as the level of information involved with my learning curve. Thank you Ajay, I wish ALL the Zoho videos were this well structured and presented.

Thank you for a very concise and easy to follow tutorial. Can you please include the link to the custom function you mentioned that will automatically convert Shopify orders into invoices in Zoho so that we don't have to do it manually?

Can other online sales channels, apart from Amazon etsy and ebay be integrated with Zoho inventory? May be via API integration? Is there any guide for that?
