At Burroughs Family Orchards, a 1,200-acre almond farm in Denair, Calif., regenerative agriculture is a priority. That's why Benina Montes keeps their orchard floors covered with vegetation throughout as much of the year as possible. Recently, they began grazing sheep among their almond trees to help manage vegetation and provide even more soil health benefits.
