Can someone switch from Technology Consulting to Management Consulting? If Yes. How?

Like almost anything it's possible, but difficult. You'll have to explain during your interview why you're interested in making the switch as well as how you're prepared (i.e. what skills you've developed) with being a Management Consultant. It also depends on if you're pivoting internally or between companies.
