Andrew worked his way up from a waiter to restaurant manager. He is now the big boss. Yet he acts more like a nasty commander. His feeling of self-importance took over him. And now, he takes the tips the team makes for himself only.
But one day, the crew had enough. They work hard yet get barely anything for it. So, they decide to stop their services until Andrew agrees to do better.
Still, Andrew stands his ground, thinking that he can do everything by himself. That is until an important diner with an investor came up, and the restaurant had no staff…

As a former waiter, I can tell you: those things happens all the time!! People who are making the video know what they are talking about, as every scene FEELS like a real restaurant. The actors are authentic, the dialogues are natural and the writing is on point! A lot of time coworkers show up to work and the manager steal their tips, so they have to let him work alone so he can understand the importance of sharing. In the end, Jesus is the waiter, and share love whit all. :D

Well well. Another excellent episode DramatizeMe. It clearly goes to show that you can't simply "captain a ship all by yourself". Ship and captain only go together with a team. A cliché says - teamwork makes the dreamwork. Without a hardworking team in place to make things happen, you won't get anywhere in life. And this video is a clear example of this.
