Somebody skimmed my card last weekend, card got deactivated and I was told I’d get a new one in five days. So I went into Publix with $71 in cash to get food for a few days until the new one came in. Filled half a cart, got up front and of course, it all rang up to like $83. I was like “Fuuuuuuuuuuck uhhhhh-“ and people are looking at you like you’re broke as fuck. I ended up having to give up the milk and chicken I put in my cart, I still have to go back and get it 😐. Note to self, put the important shit on the conveyor first. Price of groceries is fucking insane.
