I love that you do these - it should have so much many more views. I am not in management position but HR Generalist. I took over a job from a woman who had the title HR Director . So I am figuring out what I still am in charge of and what our General Manager does. I love to learn both views and advice though !!! Thank you !

What about employee who become a mistress of the owner and director of the company and start to believe she is untouchable and can do whatever she want because she is protected by him?
