1, don't control thoughts observe with from outside( treat them as വരട്ടെ പോകട്ടെ) 2,There is no negative thought.there is only thought 3,Don't put emotion 4, See the problem from outside 5,Problem is not your problem the attitude against the problem is the problem 6,Do not analyse and analyse negative thought...say cut.....
