Manchester female firefighters make history with entirely female engine

It hadn’t happened in over 125 years, until last Sunday, that’s when three female firefighters in the Manchester Fire Department became part of the same engine company on the same shift.
"It’s really exciting, it shows progress, it’s something to celebrate and we are really happy it happened here," said Lt. Moria Perez, the team leader and a 23-year veteran of the Manchester Fire Department.
Perez joined firefighter/paramedics Tia Cortese and Lauren Mazzoni on the truck - both were happy to be part of what could be called a “dynamic trio”.

Sacrificed on the altar of inclusion. The firemen can't say anything or they will be dismissed or sent to "sensitivity training" at a reeducation camp. When feminists get their foot in the door it's permanent. Women firefighters have been culturally normalized. Women are so oppressed that entire industries have lowered their physical aptitude standards to accommodate their employment.

Such a safety issue to check diversity boxes ..there’s no way all those woman. Were not only equal but more qualified than all the males that applied no way ..btw who’s gonna hold the hose , Carry the ladder , break down the door , carry a 295lb Man to saftety overlooking required physical qualifications to feel good that your town is diversified sounds like something you’ll read about down the line saying what we’re they thinking ??

There will never come a "what were they thinking" moment because firewomen will mostly be kept away from having to charge into a burning building and carry another person out. The powers that be aren't stupid. They know how to control the situation in order to avoid bad optics. Rarely will someone die as a result of women being firefighters. When it does happen, the story will not make the news. I saw a man on KZfaq say that three years ago he almost died from smoke inhalation because a 5'4" 130lb firewoman with 45lbs of gear on her back couldn't move his 6'2" 220lb body. Then in came a 6'4" fireman and swiftly carried him to safety. The firemen will overcompensate for the strength imbalance. Firemen all deserve raises for that reason, whereas firewomen deserve reduced salaries. Firemen can't say anything because they will either be fired or sent to "sensitivity training" reeducation centers, at which they will be taught how to lie for a paycheck again.
