Look up the SPECIFIC STATUTES or POLICIES that they were in breach of and CITE THEM in the complaint so that the investigating officer/s have PRECISE standards IN BLACK & WHITE that they can measure the offending copper's actions / inactions by. Complaint :" The officer was very rude " - Response: " Oh dear, diddums. Do you need a hug ? " /// Complaint " The officer was very rude and in breach of your own Codes Of Practice Section XYZ "

Imagine on an updated police guidance regarding the three forms of id when it states what you have to give under collar number it should say to be read out aloud and not it's on my shoulder. Forget GMP or the Met, the Wiltshire Constabulary back a few years ago would make these guys look like the most professional coppers you could ever meet. Not sure if I've seen any auditor videos of them but I'd be interested to see one. Back in the day (before camera phones admittedly) a family member of mine had several interactions with them and they were absolutely bat sh*t crazy!

@@Mr-In-between one of the interactions was an innocent traffic stop but when my uncle refused to roll down the window saying 'that's OK officer I can hear you perfectly fine' the Policeman went so ballistic, his colleague in the car had to come out to drag him away! Another, much worse one was a stupid, nothing serious, internet dispute with someone on a chat forum but the other guy (who lived on the other side of the country) was a mason so he managed to use that influence to get the Wiltshire police to raid his house, in number, like he was a terrorist or something, confiscate all his computer equipment, so heavy handed he has a picture of a boot print on his face as they shoved him to the floor and held him there. No charges! Turned out later that the Inspector, or whatever rank, leading the raid ended up committing suicide so that's the level of crazy they had.

Never forget when dealing with police that you are always considered to be innocent until proven guilty. So if they are not actively trying to determine that then they have no business with you by juststanding around trying to intimidate you.
