Yeah but I remember it was disappointing how it reached an anticlimax because the PL was effectively won before Christmas that season but ManUtd were still in the ChampionsLeague and the FAcup AND had a chance of getting a record number of PL points at the time but ended up not adding any cups to the league title and were 7 points short of the record PL pts. Plus I personally wasn't happy with who got Top4 and who missed out but back to ManUtd yeah that dodgy form towards the end may have effected the following season. Seen other PL title's won at a canter and then poor form at the end carries on into the next season like 2000/01 lost 4 of the last 5 games (still won by 10pts) but 01/02 was the lowest finish in PL history at the time and most losses with 9. But that was still a good season compared to 2013/14.
