You captured the feeling at the start of this season perfectly. We start this season with less hopefulness and more grim determination to win the league. The onus is now on Mourinho to win the league title after remaking the squad in his image.

I wouldn't listen to much of what jose says to the media. It is all a game in order to make us the underdog and that is something that jose always wants his teams to be. If you think about it, it is working. No pundit thinks we'll have a chance this year. Liverpool and city are being hyped up and that leaves us without pressure. I wouldn't be surprised if we won the title this season but only if we get alderweireld!

its not mourinhos fault for being frustrated. its woodward not getting him the players we need. mourinho parks the bus because there is no quuality in the defence. cant expect him to attack without that solid foundation

Ahmad Raad pep has signed 20 players at city since he came. And FYI he already had players like Silva de bruyne aguero kompany etc. Jose didn't have anything except de Gea when he came he needed star players and quite obviously he still does

Ahmad Raad and we’ve had £1b taken out of the club and 13 years of under investment from the Glazers under Ferguson. Glazers are the main rot at the club Pep has spent £600m, potentially broke FFP rules and signed 22 players but no one speaks.
