This is just crazy at times the way we have transitioned season after season is insane records broke etc. from Maine road to this is mind blowing. Understand it’s pre season but at times just make it look so easy. Really impressed with Alvarez his pace is frightening picked out by our legend Sergio. For now it’s our time & we go again very soon

It's not his finishing that's the problem it's decision making. Taking ill advised shots when others are in better position, which gives the impression he misses a lot. The unfortunate aspect of the modern game is players think they have to score to be useful. Foden has all the tools to be an effective central midfielder

I'm surprised, upamecano still hasn't learned anything about his poor performance since the last time met city. Good job for city...I think apart from the score, they played much better than last match, of course I didn't expect anything crazy because this is just pre-season, lots of trial, and I'd say some of the young lads are promising, Lewis was good, too bad for Sergio Gomez in this pre-season so far he's been meh, he still needs lots of work here, he's one of promising young player too

Very pleased with the win even though for me these wins don't matter as much as the performance and fitness and McAtee and Lewis both performed pretty well and team played well enough for me to hop for a better start than we had last season.

This was a competitive encounter, and Bayern were unfortunate at times, but City are resilient and believed they could still win even after the late Bayern equaliser ..... good save by the Bayern keeper near the end from Rodris header too.
