Truss rod adjustment isn't usually needed unless you have large changes in humidity. But several luthiers I have talked to have mentioned that most long-term failures on unused guitars they see are due to the truss rod never being exercised.

Thanks a lot! Just bought my first mandolin to do some experimenting besides playing the guitar. It will need some adjustments, so thank you for explaining. Just one thing: Try to avoid saying "uhm" that often :) Some people might find it hard to listen to. Anyway, good job!

Nice A style - I have never heard of Ellis model before. It appears there are many more mandolin makers than guitar.

Mmm... so what I'm understanding from buzzing, it's kind of like in a mechanical keyboard it sounds hollow, then you add some dampening inside the keyboard shell.

Hey Baron, I noticed you didn’t mention anything about The Bridge needing to be flat to the body and if not the Bridge can be sanded if you have a Wooden Bridge.
