Manfrotto XPRO Monopod MVMXPRO500 (same as Peter McKinnon's) - Unboxing & Setup
A quick unboxing and setup of the Manfrotto Xpro Aluminium Fluid Video Monopod MVMXPRO500. This one comes with the MVH500 Fluid Head and a Fluidtech base.
Peter McKinnon inspired me to make this purchase after watching his video ( check it out at bit.ly/2Oote9d ).
From first looks and a quick play around with it, it seems to be a great monopod. Great sturdy construction and some good features that I know I will be very handy while using it. I like the run and gun minimalist type setup so I am hoping this monopod will serve me well. I bought it specifically to be able to do some nice pan and tilts on the run, to easily be able to turn it upside down for foot tracking type shots and to be able to extend the camera up high for some cool crowd type sweeping shots. Keep an eye out for an upcoming video of me putting this tripod through it's paces.
