I have and like this monopod too ... it is the perfect monopod to pair with a Wimberley MonoGimbal for birds-in-flight photography with a big lens.

around 5'40, you hold the monopod with all the weight of the camera+lens on the other side and it kind of bends... I believe when you say it's sturdy, I also own it, but what if I install gimbal (DJI RS2) + a cinema camera like the EOS R5C and a lens... I wonder if I should use more than 2 sections. As a realtor, this doesn’t hold up well in outdoor terrain. 360 shots with a slight wind in a residential property always tend to make my unit tip over. I guess this is great for specific applications with flat surfaces.
