it's so beautiful to see this tiny lady cook, those pots look so heavy. I love them wish I had some of them. Even though shes out cooking, she's so clean. Her food takes long to prepare yet you could see the love she puts into it. her expertise in cutting the vegetables, my Holy God, what a great Chef!!!! I would love to taste her Mango Chutney.

You can eat green mangoes with salt.. you eat as you would an apple 🍏.. ripened mangoes you eat sweet or mix with other fruits or use on meats to give certain flavor...you can cook green ones also.. I really like watching this type of cooking but can’t find all the seasonings needed but looks good anyway & they don’t need meat every meal.. veg’s are priorities of daily cooking & to cook so much @ one time feeds every one... nice

once again Grandma you leave me in awe of your energy and skill..today i didn't work as hard as you ..so we all use gyms instead ..the nearest park is miles away ..so is the sea..and many of us live in small apartments which is not as healthy as village life .i wonder who are the deprived!!.i do miss many times my simple life with so much nature.. stay strong....x

Olá, Aqui vai um resumo da receita: 1. Manga meia madura cortada aos pedaços. 2. Cardamomo 3. Alho 4. Gengibre Fazer uma pasta. 5. Pilar a Kithul Jagra. 6. Numa panela grande, aquecer óleo de coco e fritar sementes de cominho, de mostarda, fenugreek, fennel e a pasta. 7. Deitar as mangas cortadas na panela ao lume e mexer bem. 8. Adicionar o sal, pó de chilli vermelho, garam massala, pimenta (pepper) em pó e mexer sempre. 9. Cobrir com água, mexer, tapar a panela e deixar cozinhar por ? minutos. 10. Adicionar a jagra e cozer por ? minutos 11. Adionar vinagre natural de coco. 12. Cozer mais um pouco. Obs: a jagra pode ser substiuida por açúcar. Como em muitas receitas indianas as quantidades dos temperos dependem do gosto pessoal e bom senso. Não se deve cozer muito pois os pedaços não se devem desfazer. Pode-se comer com pão como fazemos com a marmelada. Bom apetite.
