Smoothie Bowls are all the rage these days and I couldn't help but think that people just want an excuse to eat ice cream for breakfast or at any ol' time of day. Who can blame them!
The Vitamix is THE go-to BLENDER if you want to make these and make them well. Here is my personal recipe. I hope you enjoy it.
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup of evaporated coconut milk (or any other milk)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 tsp of vanilla (optional)
- 1T of maple syrup (optional)
REMEMBER the 3:1 ratio! 3 parts frozen, 1 part non-frozen!
