In this video I have a MANGO plus size try on haul | Plus size fashion for apple shapes
As a personal stylist and as a fellow plus size apple shape, I know what it feels like to feel non-represented and un-seen in the fashion world. Us plus apples are often not included on the fashion map so I am doing my bit to change that. I am trying a few pieces from ‪@MANGO‬ plus size clothing to see if they will work with my new love of French Parisian fashion style and for our apple body shape. Mango did not disappoint. I tried some amazing pieces and as usual the quality was fantastic. Well worth a nosy. Let me know your thoughts in the comments x

I’m so happy to see you showing quality clothing versus the cheap quality Shein clothing you show so much of.. You can tell by the look of the clothes and the fit that these are quality clothes and they look so much better on you!!! The jeans look absolutely stunning 🔥🔥🔥❣️ I cannot see the “whiskers” on the jeans when they are on you and I think the shoulders on the cardigan look fine.. Sometimes that is the way it is meant to fit and I have sweaters and cardigans with drop shoulders with the same body type as you do.. I love the suit as well❣️ Please do more quality clothing hauls!❤❤❤

Besutiful pieces you got there, Marleen. They looked good on you. I would wear it all if it fit me. Will have to go and check the sizing of the items out. I’m thinking about ordering the cardigan in a smaller size and even try to close it but it looks rather too short - I fear it would sit on my bumbiest area. Thank you for style and fit inspiration. Have you ever tried items from German Ulla Popken or Danish Zizzi Fashion and/or Adia Fashion? They do have quite a big range - a little bit for everyone I think. Adia Fashion is great quality and they make more colourful than Vero Moda and other Danish plus size brands even if many items are not for me 😊

I just ordered the stripey cardigan and t-shirt so we’ll see. I’m 160 cm petite and an apple plussize UK24 and blazers and cardigans are very trying to buy online for a good fit on my shoulders. Like you, I detest drop shoulders. I feel like a big little girl who borrowed my big mama’s business attire 😂 not good. I ordered the cardigan in 2XL and 3XL to see if it would work on me. I hope to have found the perfect V-neck t-shirt that I missed having. Would have ordered the coralred blazer in X-size if I could have my way. So beautiful. Did you keep yours?

Hi 👋 Yes I have tried Zizzi in store when I was home in Denmark Last time. I wasn’t impressed sadly as it seem yet another brand that just want us plus to hide in big clothes. I must have a look to see if they are online. I’ve never tried Ulla polken, price point mainly, seemed rather expensive but maybe worth another look. Never heard of Asia, will have a nosy. Best of luck with the pieces you ordered, and yes I kept the suit xx

Hi Marleen was wondering what is your take on Temu? They have a lot and I mean alot of plus size clothing sometimes it's hot or miss but I feel that's the norm when buying clothing online the good thing with Temu it's free delivery and returns.

I must be honest with you and tell you that I’ve never shopped at temu. I don’t like their plus section and most is the same and more expensive then on shein. I keep thinking I must try them but haven’t taken the plunge yet sorry x

I like the stripe cardigan on you. Don’t notice the large shoulders at all. The jeans and suit are beautiful. You’ve convinced me with the striped cardigan.

I don't think the high neck works with larger busts. The cardigan looked much more flattering open.

I think like everything else really, it’s a personal preference. I try to cover all kinds simply because I’m here to inspire as many as I can x

Manufacturers sew up pockets to stop bagging when people try the item on. If you’re not sure if it’s a real pocket look at the inside and if lined see if you can feel a pocket. If there is not pocket, I suggest you dont break the stitches. The garment wont sit right

Hi Marleen how are you today? I love the cardigan, I do wish it was a little longer though. I loved the white blouse, but must say I thought you looked very uncomfortable in it :( The tee is nice...I do love a good vee or scoop... Big boobs and crew necks just don't work for me. The jeans make your rear look fabulous... I really like those on you.. I wish I had the confidence to try the coral colour... They do look Fabulous on you..The jacket with tee under looks amazing... very chic. I haven't looked at the prices yet... but I might just take a peep... Thank you again...❤

Hi hun I’m good thank you, hope you are too. I returned the jeans but I’m kind a regretting it and yes the shirt was just too snug. The suit is fab, the jacket a little pricy but ah it’s worth every penny so I kept it. Thank hun x
