Mangrove Madness and are they too close?

On this trip we traveled out to 80' of water and got into the mangrove snapper, hogfish, grouper and more. Did this boat come too close to us???? There is plenty of room to fish around us! We were utilizing the new Fish Reveal to find even more spots and ledges! Fish More, Catch More!

Tod took up the whole ledge so the other boat had no water to fish in. What Googans they were. You all handled it better than most would have.

like the light rods that you are using, are they custom or commercial rods. sure you have provably done it before but what are specs?

We have custom Fletcher Rods that are 7'6 and 17-30# and Heavy action Redbone rods in 7.6' and 8ft

@@TampaBayFishingChannel those snapper/hogfish rods have a ton of bend. medium action with heavy power? looking for some rods to pair up and those look perfect. thought they may even be steelhead rods. i will check fletcher website or do you sell at your shop?

No it’s mismanagement from NOAA. They are not even close on their so called numbers.

Commercial fishing getting their quotas regardless. And if numbers start to drop recreational anglers are the ones that have to pay for it. And I can tell you if fishing in the Bay sucks these last few years. It's really good if you can get out there the first couple weeks after that everything's fished out

Wasn't that long ago grouper was open all year. Now everyone has navionics and side scan and f****** gadgets out the ass. The fish have nowhere to hide. And the learning curve for all these Yankees super fast because of KZfaq. Water quality is the number one factor followed buy overfishing. One grouper is enough to feed the family. 2 is excessive

Fishing sucks compared to what it used to be. That's what happen 1,000 people a day move here and they all have badass boats full of electronics. Fish have nowhere to hide

You need to put fenders on the side of the boat, so those guys can just tie up and raft! SMH. Big @$$ ocean and they think they need to get that close. Tight lines!
