I read this has a commentary track from Nicolas Winding Refn, who apparently has the green light from HBO to reboot Maniac Cop as a series (which is in some unknown stage of development hell I guess).

There isn’t one. Only on blu ray distributed by arrow video. I own this copy and it’s worth getting! Very good transfer👍🏾

These movies are to expensive (rich)for my blood. They don't even come with a digital code.

Just buy the Blu-rays. Blue underground does a really good job on those and they’re cheaper. I believe schlock doesn’t really benefit from 4k imo.
