+Shehnaz Diss I completely agree - Morning, Noon and Night ... Jason has been a blessing to me and the MANY I've referred to him. I have chronic and severe pain (car wreck) .. I'm alone a lot of the time (hubby works odd hours) and my children - though nearby and supportive are busy raising their own kids. Jason has given me the insight and strength to continue to grow and thrive .. :)

Doctors had me on 18 pills a day after my car-wreck 10 years ago ... I rarely take any now... :)

It was interesting to learn the US military is teaching meditation and mindfulness. I use my morning commute across military land to send out peace and love. could not have done it without you. Jason you rock!

Hello Jason... I discovered you from one of your affirmations videos. I was looking for a job at that time, my first one, and I had been looking for months. I watched only this affirmation video, the one that I knew, everyday, for 2 weeks... I would just go out with my dog and walk, walk, listening to these beautiful sounds and feeling so much comfort in my body and mind. Each time it was like seeing an old friend, and I would smile during the whole 30 minutes. In one week, I finally found a job. And within the second week, I had gotten it ! I was living in France, and when that second week ended, I moved to another country to start the job I had found. It was 2 days ago... Today I took the time to listen to this guided meditation, while taking a bath, and I must say, it's as beautiful and strong as the other video. You are amazing. I only hope that you will make more and more of these fantastic pieces of art, and most importantly, that they will always be available for the ones who love you ! I think I can say that you changed my life, you helped me find my first job after months of struggling. I can't express how much gratitude I feel. Thank you.

I literally cannot describe how relaxing and wonderful this meditation was. I felt like i was floating in the air and flying, qith the complete certainty that my wishes have become true. Wonderful meditation, I replace the beach with an autumn forest as the sun breaks and the cool, crisp leaves underfoot and red, yellow and brown falling leaves dancing in the breeze All my visualizations manifest in the woods with the trees and wildlife. Always have. Thank you for all the beautiful meditations, so grateful for you.

The way I felt in the lavender room was truly spiritual, and it was in direct contrast to how I felt going into the downward tunnel, I felt fearful and when I got to the clear room I was happy, weightless! Much like life over step your fear, and step into joy, peace and happiness!

I am not the same person I was a few days ago since I've been listening to your meditations. I use my crystals and plug in my earbuds before I go to sleep as well!

Out of all the meditations I've listened to on KZfaq Jason yours are the best! They really resonate with me. This one was different yet powerful. It made me think of the violet flame. Loved the visualization on the cave wall. Thank you for all you do to help us find the light within.

Wow! That was really great. Thank you. Quartz Room: I pictured myself with the human incarnations of Archangels Gabriel and Raphael connecting in a triangle with our third eye energy and holding a mass meditation for the public. Our abilities and energies were amplified greatly when all three of us were together and this was a great benefit to humanity. Amethyst Room: The crystals all connected to my third eye and I felt physical pressure on my head (powerful!) as I listened to the music and pictured myself being there.

Thank you, Jason! Love so many of your meditations; this one the best so far for me personally. Needed to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and reconnect spiritually. First connected with higher self at the beach where I'm connected with other beings sending Love and Light out into the world. The clear quartz crystal cave was amazing, healing, but when I stepped into the amethyst "santuary", felt at one with it, as if I was of amethyst, too. Even higher self? Also, I knew I had anger and guilt to release, but the strongest release was letting go of grief. There were tears as the meditation ended. Yet, I actually felt joy during the meditation. Love to you! ♡ And thank you again. This is brilliant! As brilliant as the crystal LIGHT! Peace.

Jason's videos have helped me with a number of things that I want to change and felt very stuck with. One of these things is simply being able to sleep deeply and feel refreshed in the morning. I noticed there is a video to overcome procrastination. I put it in my "Watch Later" list. ;) Thank you, Jason, for this series of very simple and yet effective tools .
