Have you looked into somatic exercises? I had pain down my right side from my skull base down to my shoulder and mid back in one long muscle strain. The somatic excersies release stress, tension and trauma locked in the body. I also think they are helpful to light myself/soul in general as during it the tremor part you have control to stop them if you want. By not stopping them and you allowing the body to heal itself the body will work out the strain for you with a variation of movements that feel like muscle spasms. To me, I feel like I become closer to myself by allowing my body to control the situation and turning my brain to observer. Hope that helps....remember to breathe through the exercises and tremors to stay relaxed in your being.

The one who created us is the one who will provide for us not a job or by our own means. Money is a lie that was created to continue slavery with us willfully working for them and making them money by believing we need money and their products to live. Biggest scam ever and we all fell for it and most still do. I took the leap and gave up everything, just to see if I could. I haven't worked or had any source of income for the last 5 years. Apparently there's a contract that we signed in blood that they can change at anytime they want. The repercussions of us not upholding our end will get us tossed into the sun. Something told me that.
