My sp called me today! After 1.5 months of not talking to me. Meanwhile I always took inspired actions. And I would say it happened when I was at a lighthearted place.

For the revising of a scene, you can also imagine pure golden healing light being brought down on that hurtful moment of the past. Imagine the light as bright and comforting as possible and see it soak the memory and transform it into something beautiful. This can help make the revision of the memory much more effective.

I had a HUGE breakthrough regarding memories just by hearing you say “memories are just imaginal acts” to the point that I had to film my own video and get all of the explanation out right away so I could watch it again. Out of this entire video that one statement really changed the game for me. Long story short I came to the conclusion that we put memories on pedestals because we feel like it “already happened in the past” when in all actuality time is an illusion and a memory is literally just future visualization but with old/recycled materials. That shit blew my mind! Idk if you’ve said this before but this was the first time I heard that statement and it really unlocked something for me. Thank you!

Wow. So good the way you explain the Memory situation. OMG.. No wonder why I experience the same Stuff or Scenarios 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I NEVER realized what I have been doing all this time. Basically every time I am rehearsing the bad memories in my mind and giving it emotion.. I am just doing negative mediation and bringing it back up and nothing is changing I have been blocking it. I had a partial manifestation yesterday as you were talking about in a previous video. I wanted to manifest my sp.. but wasn’t imagining the end scene but instead the second of February (nice date 2/2/2020) and him surprisingly standing in front of my door apologizing.. well.. I never get any friends stopping by normally but that exact day a friend came over and brought us some breakfast. The funny part is that in that moment I was doing exactly what I was visualizing.. standing in my kitchen, cleaning my dishes, whilst the door was widely open to get fresh air inside.. i felt the exact feeling of being surprised that the door bell rang... I was even having yellow flowers on the table.. I bought them by myself the day before but this was still a manifestation.. as I realized this only in the night after these circumstances. I bought these flowers, as I usually do get some fresh flowers.. but my favorite pink ones where sold out.. and these where the only ones left... So, actually everything I visualized in my scene. (Visualized twice and then dropped it completely) This made me realize that I have to put everything a lot more into context!! The flowers shouldn’t be just standing there on the table but I should’ve imagined them being specifically from him.. maybe him holding them.. and also.. it was my friend and not him as I was too much focused on the surroundings and details in that scene when visualizing instead of the context. This lesson was so helpful! Why I am writing this: don’t give up! See and notice the manifestations around you and how they sometimes just appear in a slightly different way! You can manifest! Get back in your mind and figure out what you can do better... however, I’m only going to keep visualizing the end result now! I know it works! And I will make it happen at once...

Revision is king in these type of scenarios as I am dating a fellow 14 years my junior. Thus comes with it's own levels of intrigue and tablated stories!! So I thought I was bring wonderful and generous by telling him when the time comes that he wishes to marry and have babies we will have to split directions. He was adamant about keeping my number as well as letting me know that he's not ready for such things as yet. So forward a year and we are still together. To smooth things along I decided to go back to that statement and revise it. Saying to him instead that I loved how our lives are progressing forward both together and in our careers. Have I seen a difference absolutely...it seems to have removed a link that has created a much better flow between us!! Thank you Joe!!

I came to place when I feel like Ive destroyed everything I thought I knew, to build it again, consciously. I can confidently say that when I didn’t have a history with him, it was super easy to manifest him as my partner; because I was at ease and having fun in flow with it. You’re 💯% correct there. Now with a 5 year old history of good and bad memories, trying to manifest marriage was becoming hard. I’ve been imagining, I did revision and I used your concept of subconscious tapes. I’ve seen the bridge of events where he talks about marriage but many times in a negative lights, I again revise it and I tend to see a shift in him because my beliefs are changing. I can’t wait for the day when I email you telling you that I’m married to him. I am so utterly grateful for your teachings, they are spot on each time. First of all, you’re dry humor was cracking me up! Very clever to teach about women not liking your hat vs something that would actually bother you. I’ve heard of revision and have been doing it wrong or maybe not effective to how my mind works. It makes sense to make revision as a new memory. Manufacturing a memory is just an imaginal act, my mind was blown! Again, I’ve heard pieces of all this, but the way you piece it together is a complete road map. Pretty sure I’ll be binging your videos and applying this whole week. As far as your method with the white board, I love it. I’m a visual and simplistic learner. Take the complexity out of it, but make a clear pattern is golden!

The memory end change is so effective. I tried it last night with one and instantly felt so much better about something I once felt terrible about. I'm going to build on this and do more.

Joseph! Thank you for this video! I've been dealing w/this exact issue, which I believe a lot of us are. I've wanted to get back together w/my ex and have been getting hot and cold behavior from him for the longest time, so this is extremely helpful. I always try to imagine the outcome that I want and live in the end, but keep swinging back and forth between that, and major depression when I think about what's happened and what's going on at present. Also, I think the whiteboard is much better because I think most people absorb information better when it's presented in more than just one context. So having visual input is very helpful as well. ❤😊

Wow this was on time. I honestly struggle with thinking positively about men and their intentions for me.

Okay I didn't came watch this to bring someone back , all tho I wanna learn more about manifesting so I watch any video . But what I can say that I noticed about this topic is : That specific person will have certain image About you after your split , and by changing your subconscious mind will somehow change their image About you . This happened to me multiple times in past , it's insane . Like normally that person would see you from eyes of your past but after you change picture About you and her/him you can call her/him and answer will be positive .

Things got off track and lead to fighting cause my SP had liked thirst trap women online and I even called him an F Boy at our final blow out fight I am starting to focus on revision around even noticing the likes of other women and /or focus the times he expressed interest in traditional values like marriage or being the type to have social media for the sole purpose of discussing intellectual perspectives (which he did say!)

Okay weirdly enough, two of my relationships were broken off because of their parents. Probably this is because of my beliefs jfc I'm trying to manifest my most recent one back. There are no obstacles in manifesting! Our SPs are coming back to us!

Since you asked.... I like the whiteboard. Visuals always help. Just a few tips as a professional trainer for over 2 decades: 1. Your writing is a little small, especially given that most people watch on their phones. Use all caps and make it bigger. 2. Get a wider marker so it is easier to see. 3. When you make lists, it is a bit distracting if the writing goes off at a big angle. You may want to section one side of the board off with black electrical tape into quadrants or eighths to help keep it straight. As always, great content! Are you doing any 1on 1 coaching?

I prefer the whiteboard 💯! So, I've been with my SP for years (7 in April)! We love each other, tell each other that regularly & spend time together. But I feel as though it's stagnant in the way of me wanting us to move in together, spending more time together, going on more trips together, bringing our families together, etc. We both always say we wish we could spend more time together and spend more nights together, he's EVEN brought up that he'd CONSIDER getting married again!!! So, I know for a fact, look back & see that I manifested him always being incredibly busy because of his career, daughters, ex-wife issues, etc. I just don't know how to undo the busy-ness of his life 😔 I HAVE to follow your advice: outline the scene, imagine it consistently and properly! This is going to work!!!

It's so true that if we give mixed signals(emotions) to our subconscious, it gets confused and we get mixed results and unnecessary delay in our manifestations. If I understand you correctly, are you suggesting the revision manifestation should in fact come AFTER saturating the subconscious awareness with the Imaginal Act, so as to ensure my end point desire has first been properly seeded? In other words, if I desire to revise a less than desirable past memory of several months ago which has since produced a string of negative events and subsequent thoughts, then I should imagine revising this past event from a future place of already having received my ultimate desire? Like the white board - much appreciated Seriously I have been asking this - most of the vids do not really talk about with the "history" We do keep cycling - My doubts he spews - insert face palm here - So how do I change this I get it - anything he says to me is I can change he is me pushed out HOWEVER all of the revision stuff on changing my thoughts about him etc is exactly what he is saying to me why he can't get past it with me......So just keep at revision of the story? Man I hope that last bit made sense.

I had never thought about re-writing the negative situations. That is truly what has been keeping me from getting this to work. I am capable of imagining the future, but everytime it comes back to the past where I think that because of what happened it would never happen. Now I can try this.

I would appreciate a video dedicated to recover from an addiction, since you mentioned several times that you did so by manifesting.

Can you do one for manifesting a "fictional person" or a person who you don't know yet? With specifical traits and physical features like a happy redhead girlfriend or a funny short friend for example.

There are several reasons why the Whiteboard is a good idea. There are little things to improve perhaps, like not being between the camera and what you are drawing or writing, more colour, more effective use of editing etc. (Obviously your time is finite) But I think it is very positive addition and you should keep it up. (Of course I have followed you long enough to know you will do whatever you damn well want to do, regardless of what others say, and perhaps I would not love you quite so much if that wasn't so !!!)
