For me it's how you guys point out even the smallest detail in these houses. It shows the level of effort and commitment you put in for your craft. Kudos to you guys because you are literally the best real estate/house touring show on KZfaq thus far.

It's a deal. I love the fact that the developer didn't use funny paint. The cabro is now boring, using concrete is a plus because they last long than cabros. Cabro moja ikitoka kila kitu imeharibika.

The rooftop slab is denied, it will leak. The deveoloper has no sense, it needs to be sealed.

Well done show, as always! This particular house has some good aspects-the lighting, for example. However, the bathroom in the primary bedroom and staff quarters are a complete no, no! One should not have to walk across a potentially wet floor to access the toilet and it is always best that the shower is well enclosed.

It is beautiful Mak. It is clean. But i think it would be better if there was some kind of kasmall play ground, a field maybe where kids can go out play. I love the bedrooms, I love the fact that their sizes are not too big. Sometimes big bedrooms tend to look empty, even with beds as big as they can be. Can't wait for next Tuesday!

You mean the whole stretch of Thika road is being transformed into a concrete jungle? 😢 And now with the completion of Kenol - marua dual carriageway, expect to see the same awful trend! Which is a shame really because central and mount Kenya region is our food basket 🧺 so just imagine what happens when the whole region becomes a concrete jungle! 🤔😩

The finishing done by most Kenyan contractors is generally so wanting. I noted the wall on the kitchen Island was not straight, The finishing on the rooftop is atrocious. Paint spillage on unintended surfaces and generally poor workmanship. Great videos though.
