Welcome back, Richest fans! Sometimes, we’ve all wanted to up sticks and move into the middle of nowhere in order to escape the world. Yet being isolated can have its downsides. But they can all be made bearable in an expensive house filled with luxuries. Today, we’re going to look at the facts and features of the most expensive and secluded homes that are currently for sale all over the globe. We have some on top of mountains, some on private islands, and some hidden in the country. Even a couple that have housed famous names within their walls.
Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. Firstly, we have a massive stretch of coastline land in Costa Rica that’s owned by actor Mel Gibson. Next, we have the Savannah Dhu, a retreat based in the US countryside that has a lake right next door. Over on the Spanish island of Ibiza we have a hillside house overlooking the Mediterranean Sea! We have not one, but two private islands being sold together in New York! One that has a unique house built on top of it! Over in the iconic Silicon Valley, we have a historic compound that’s worth well over $100 million! There’s a huge Italian estate in Tuscany that once belonged to Dutch artist Karel Appel. We then have Casteel Creek Retreat, a resort located on a mountaintop in Colorado! It comes with many, many amenities! Finally, we’ll briefly look at one of the cheapest islands on the market at the time of making this video.
