Of course few would be comfortable for everyone would gossip and actually attempt to make a conspiracy against you for being so fancy smancy where it's just so ostentatious. However, it could be modded to be strictly casual and not so formal, but with state of the art tech and actual fun.

If I were to buy this mansion, I'd definitely make it a hotel. It has all the hotel vibes on it. Wouldn't even need to change much, just modernize it to fit the standards but leave the architecture as it is. It's kind of a piece of history and totally unique building. Ofcourse the property would need fixing etc but as a concept I think it would succeed. It definitely isn't a home.

I would not want to live with a boss for they're usually too mean, hateful, or just too judgmental for they're mental cases needing to consult with a clinician which many do just that who acknowledge they need professional help so everyone under them suffers terribly so. The US Government is a most classic large corporation a most horrible culture operating in duplicity, but investment banks and finance business completely wins in a great game of Monopoly at the great expense of renter and debt class. Banks, real estate, and mortgage companies phony narcissist's favorites game are so mean and hateful for it all falls under the realm of imperialism of crony crooks. You don't go jail for breaking the law, but rather from pissing someone off or just stepping on their toes with a conflict of interest where it's best to just walk out of an employer to let them know they don't own you. While it came from old Europe making it the way of the world, it's why I wanna leave America or actually get off the Earth once and for all time.

The work done by the architects and the builder of the estate is incredible - no one mentions the lack of defects on the building and how wonderfully it has been preserved for nearly 30 years. The only thing it needs is to be cleaned up and slightly modernized because it also has quite a few redundant and retro elements. 90 percent I would keep the mansion in the same form.

What an interesting property. Always love your tours and the laid back yet still extremely professional manner in which you showcase these places. Maybe because I live in a green marble patterned linoleum, gold colored door and sink hardware (flaking though), weird big windows, and plastic crystal light fixtures house It was "eh" when we moved in but we've been embracing it, painting some walls dark green, and getting matching 90s furniture from the thrift store

I love that green marble. It's in need of some upkeep, so if I were this ridiculously wealthy, I'd embrace the art deco. Less time capsule from the 90s and more timeless old Hollywood glamour. Corporate retreat/hotel sure, but I could also see someone who works entirely from home and prefers to bring people to them. It's absolutely not a place that's designed to just be lived in.

I would definitely turn this into a themed 1990s boutique hotel. Airbnb but on a hotel level. All the bedrooms are already themed and ready to go for booking. The common spaces are grand enough to accommodate all the guests wising to mingle. I would have 90's themed mixers and parties. Hire a kitchen staff and offer room service from the kitchen or even a small sit down dinner where you get to mix with the other guests. Offer lake adventure bookings as well.

I live in South Carolina but I have friends up in Missouri and we go up there at least once a year and everyday we get on the boat and ride to see this masterpiece Of a building that overlooks the lake. From the lake though, it looks huge sitting up on the big hill. I’ve been to the actual mansion itself and it is a really nice. I only got to go inside the main entrence and into the backyard where the pool is but it has massive hallways and a beautiful golden rail staircase leading to the upstairs. It is just a perfect house in a perfect location.

This “home” looks like a cross between a mall, office building and a tacky 1980’s hotel. I was expecting to see Don Johnson in his mauve colored sports jacket! Enes this building isn’t retro... it’s just outdated!

It looks like a timeshare property and Branson has tons of timeshare presentation sales meetings going on offering free steak dinner and hotel stay if you waste a weekend on their marketing sales programs.

@@jamesfranko1568 I know. It looks so cosmopolitian and downtown in a major financial district. There's one similar in appearance and size near where I live in downtown Salt Lake that has a military officer recruiting station, but it's not such a nice and pristine environment. That in Missouri is truly high styled luxury. I grew up in Missouri and could have never imagined anything that nice exists there for St. Louis is not nice despite having a cosmopolitan styled executive business district that is well struggling to say the least. Salt Lake's is more flashy and upscale out of it being the LDS Mormon establishment which is hugely successful as a financial corporation, but the air is very polluted much of the time making it hard to breath, live, and thrive. Salt Lake is a boom town still constructing new office towers and building new tech company facilities such as a huge Facebook and NSA big data center to name a couple. It's now called Silicon Slopes for many Silicon Valley techies are turning up.

I had to click on the listing link and it's still for sale and does have a helipad. I think a large group of KZfaqrs should get together and buy this place, it looks like it was decorated by the same person who decorated every cheap, run down hotel I've ever stayed in, right down to the clashing patterns on the bedding and the ugly shade of pink paint. I'd love to see a bunch of KZfaqrs "remodel" it, make cooking videos in there, "catch and cook" fish from the lake, identify the plants in the woods around it, fix their classic cars, show off their collection of clothes in their closet or their makeup routines in the bathrooms. It would be hilarious to get as many KZfaqrs as possible together with the widest variety of content in this house just doing their thing in that environment. I'll volunteer to paint the walls and buy new bedding at a local thrift store, paint new artwork to hang, do cooking videos, and identify plants. Don't know much about cars or makeup.

I think one of the coolest features of this home is that it features a full size commercial grade elevator. Although elevators are not that uncommon in large expensive homes, they are usually small, very slow, and usually don’t have automated doors like the one in the video. The garage is also awesome. I have honestly always dreamed of living in a massive house that had all the rooms of a home, but built to commercial standards. If I were the owner, which will never happen but it’s still fun to dream, I would put actual parking spaces, a keycard access system, exit signs, and an fire alarm/sprinkler system. I definitely can see why one would not like the feel of this home, but to me it looks like the house I have always dreamed of living in.

I thought I would hate it when I read the comments saying "it's like an office". But I LOVE IT. Feels totally like those 1990s home magazines with grain in the pictures that I adore. I can see why most people wouldn't like it, but the 90s charm always manages to get to me despite all those nuances.

i love this mansion...I'm gonna move this to my fav house or i can say..mansion...and for the very first time...I'm proud that green is my fav color...i choose green and love green because i love the nature of the green color like the grass with beautiful flowers on it and the cold nature that it got from the tree and grass is just so calming...and i love privacy...because I'm not into social person..so yeah..privacy is my favorite...i love the silence because with that i can relax my ear...i love to relax under the nature because it's make me calm and think positively...i hope i can buy that mansion...but i also love another mansion you tour i think it's 139M ...that one also have some a bit of privacy too...but this one...this one is hit me to the core...but i don't have money...and my business also didn't started yet as i don't have a money for product to make...still searching for a job tho

Increible Super Massive property.This property feels like a huge Corporate Luxury Headquarters Building.It could easily be a Corporate Luxury Hotel for Ceo Conference Center.It would obviously need to be updated and brought into this modern century as it feels very Vintage 90 ,s look.It is Unique in style with its Pyramid Glass features to let the light in from outside giving it a futuristic look.I would dare to say that it has " Masonic " traits in its Architecture & it's Time Capsule features.Beautiful, for sure Breathtaking views of the Gorgeous Lake and Amazing views at night possible views of the Stars 🌟 & Celestial bodies above.All Blessings to you & the team.Amen!🙏❤🙏🤗

I do maintenance periodically on a 16,000 square foot mansion and I estimate they spend about $100k-$125k/yr to maintain it. That would include electricity, hoa fees, property taxes, repairs, sinking fund for larger items such as hvac systems etc. That would not include any remodelling/upgrades. With all the glass and additional square footage I'm willing to bet that number probably could easily be tripled for this house. More if the property is actually valued anywhere close to what they're asking and if the taxes are high.

My tiny $900,000 townhouse costs about $8500 to $9500 a year in taxes so I'm sure a 16,000 square foot mansion's taxes are easily $70k to $100k, alone.

I visited this property years ago when this look was quite contemporary. This is the best video I've yet seen covering the property and its unique presence and magnitude. And I'm pleased Enes accurately explained the purpose behind this structure and its creator, Robert Plaster along with the fact that the proceeds of this sale will go to college sponsorships. The only thing I missed was the trademark Enes nighttime views. This home looks like a spaceship at night.

I would stay there as is for a week just because it's like going back in time to my teen years. Wilt Chamberlain's old mansion used to be a time capsule similar to this only with early 1970s flavor now they've modernize the interior but it's still looks cooler as a whole than this place.
