I dont want joao neves. Bro played as cm for benfica. Benfica cdm is florentino luis. Neves played as pivot beside him always go attack in the box similar to mainoo. A pivot who box to box who can attack and defend. We need a natural true CDM who played CDM week in week out as his natural position. Neves is another mainoo. Someone who can defend but not a natural cdm. Luis is benfica true cdm neves roam around the pitch. Ugarte is our target, a destroyer in midfield.

United have been a counter attacking team for 30+ years

He can Compliment Mainoo much better. We have Mainoo for Controlling the game so we need a midfield destroyer and Ugarte is one.

@@nigelmitchell9870 That's not entirely true though I get your point. Just cos a team is good at counter-attacking doesn't mean they're a counter-attacking team. Under SAF United played on the counter against the likes of Arsenal, Barcelona and other teams where it suited them, but they weren't a counter attacking team per say, just very adept at doing it because of the pace in the team. Stam and Johnsen or Berg and also Rio and Vidic used to basically play on the half way line at times, Bruce and Pallister used to be high up the pitch too. The only coach United had that really set out to be a counter-attacking team in the last 30 years was Ole, and for the most part it worked well.

PSG are a possession based team that need a technical #6 that can drop in between both center backs and distribute passes. ugarte is a counter-attacking cdm, he's a great player that doesnt fit PSG's system
