Happy days, a morgan vid, have been leaving offerings to the other crowd(love that term) at the south beach Troon, no contact but it has made me feel more connected to the land(and sea) and in turn a blooming of a more gentler part of myself, thank you for giving this knowledge freely, all the best from sunny Scotland, Graeme 😊

Thank you for the video! I really liked your Ballad videos, reading those stories and analysing them, and I am glad to see you make another video discussing fairy folk stories. I would love to see more videos where you read folkloric stories and than analyse them. I would especially like to see stories that are older or less known about by the general public, sharing them will help them being preserved.

I believe this was me you were responding to! Thank you so much. I’ve grown up in the Isle of Man and have enjoyed your videos so much it means the world to me that you answered this with manx folklore, which is so rarely spoken on!

it appears Culture Vannin also has a youtube channel and when going through their vids, i found this great, recent lecture on 5 aspects of Manx folklore, which i found fascinating and hopefully you and others here will enjoy (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Y8WigcmLucraZok.html ). thank you for sharing your knowledge and pointing to some great 'further reading' where you came up short. now i have to go read up on bugganes!
