Sheldon was never ready to be an NHL head coach. He should have come as an assistant and learn from an accredited NHL head coach. Nepotism is the reason why we are where we are today. In the NHL, the head coach is a major factor in a teams success. Compared to level he came from, where having a couple of top players or a stack team is all you need to win a championship.
